Retour de St Raph n°2 / Back from St Raph n°2

 

Salut tout le monde !!

Me voilà de retour du Sud après deux nouvelles semaines de rééducations à Saint Raphaël, just in time  pour Sölden !

J'espère que vous serez nombreux à regarder et à supporter les bleu(e)s!!

Du côté de ma rééducation, je retournerai (une dernière fois j'espère) à Saint Raphaël du 19 au 30 novembre, pour recommencer la course, les sauts et les slaloms.

Il n'y aura donc pas de Canada pour moi cette année, donc pour me consoler, je vais passer une semaineà Paris !

Et oui, puisque je ne peux pas faire ce que je fais d'habitude, j'en profite pour faire de nouvelles choses !

Hi everyone !!

Here I am back from the south after two re education weeks in Saint Raphaël, just in time for Sölden !

I hope you'll be numerous to stand for the French Team !!

Concerning my re education, I will go back (one last time I hope) to Saint Raphaël from november the 19th to 30th, to start again running, jumping and slaloming.

So there won't be Canada for me this year, that's why, to console me, I'm going to Paris for a week !

Since I can't do what I usually do, I'll do new things !

Un de plus !! / One more

Salut tout le monde!

Petit changement de programme pour la semaine prochaine, je n'irai pas à Challes.

Et non, je suis en VACANCES!! Une semaine complète à la maison à faire du tricot, de la cuisine et des films ! Ça va me faire du bien de me poser un petit peu car comme on me l'a fait remarquer, la prochaine semaine de break, ce sera au mois d'avril !

 Suite à d'autres examens médicaux, je dois rester tranquille pour une semaine, pour normalement repartir à Saint Raphaël du 13 au 26 octobre ...

Du coup, je prépare l'hiver autrement ...

Voila ma dernière "création", qui devrait garder mes oreilles au chaud pour tout l'hiver !!

 Promis, ce n'est pas de la fourrure!

Hi everyone !

Little change of plan for the next week, I won't go to Challes.

No, I 'm on HOLIDAYS !!One full week at home where I'll be doing knitting, cooking and movies! It will be great resting for a while because, as I was told, the next  week of break will be on April !

Following some new medical exams, I have to keep calm for a week and then, I should go back to Saint Raphaël from october 13th to 26th ...

So, I'm preparing my winter differently ...

Here's my new "design", that should keep my ears warm for all the winter !!

And I swear, it's not fur !

Fini St Raph numéro 1 / St Raph number 1 finished

Salut tout le monde !!

Me voilà donc de retour dans le plus bel endroit du monde (Tignes !!).

Après deux semaines à Saint Raphaël avec passées entre la piscine, la muscu et le kiné, je sais enfin de nouveau marcher normalement ( ou presque) !!

Le CERS c'était top, les gens sont super sympas là-bas et en plus, on bosse vraiment bien !

Je vais retourner à Challes-les-eaux pendant les deux prochaines semaines et ensuite, retour à Saint Raphaël. Normalement, je devrais alors aller sur le terrain, recommencer les appuis, peut-être la course, on verra...
 Toujours pour deux semaines avec peut-être un match de handball vendredi soir ( non je ne jouerai pas je vous rassure, je serai une simple spectatrice!) !!

Et après tout ça, j'espère pouvoir reprendre le chemin des pistes assez rapidement, parce que quand-même, LE SKI ME MANQUE !!!

Hi everyone !!

So here I am back to the most wonderful place in the world (Tignes!!).

After two weeks in Saint Rapaël spent between the swimming pool, the weight lifting and the phisio, I know again how to walk normally ( or almost ) !!

 The CERS was so great, people are really nice there and the work is well done. 

I'm going back to Challes-Les-Eaux for the two next weeks and then, I'll go to Saint Raphaël again. Normally, I should go on the field, walking, maybe running...

 Still for two weeks with maybe a handball match on friday night ( don't worry I won't play, I'll only be a spctator !) !!

And after that, I hope I'll be able to go back on the slopes quite quickely because, I MISS SKIING !!

1ère semaine à saint raphaël / 1st week in saint raphaël

Salut à tous !

Je viens de finir ma première semaine de ré-éducation au CERS de Saint Raphaël.Tout se passe bien avec au programme de la journée muscu du haut du corps le matin,et piscine + soins l'après-midi.

Suite à des examens médicaux, je dois ralentir un peu la cadence,mais il n'y a rien de grave.

Ici au CERS,je ne suis qu'avec des stars!! Cette semaine il y avait Jean-Baptiste Grange et Alexandre Pasquier,la semaine prochaine c'est Cyprien Richard qui arrive,et pendant ces deux semaine,je travaille avec Philippe Lau, un télémarkeur qui entre-autre, a gagné le classement général de la coupe du monde en 2011 !!

Dans le bain froid / In the cold bath

Hi everyone !

I've just finished my first re-education week at Saint Raphael CERS. Everything is going well with our schedule of the day arms weight-lifting in the morning,swimming-pool and physiotherapy in the afternoon.

Following some medicals exams résults, I'll have to slow down a little, but there's nothing bad.

Here at the CERS,I'm with a lots of stars! Last week I was with Jean-Baptiste Grange and Alexandre Pasquier, this week it's Cyprien Richard who comes and during those two weeks, I'm working with Philippe Lau, a Telemarker that won the world cup general classement in 2011 !!

Quelques news / Some news

Salut à tous !!

Voilà enfin quelques nouvelles !!

Après un dernier bandeau pour Tiff avant son départ au Chili, j'ai commencé le semaine dernière ma rééducation à Challes-les-eaux, partagée entre rééducation sur terre et rééducation en piscine, je suis allée me mettre au vert ce week-end.

Une dernière semaine à Challes et dès ce week-end je pars à Saint Raphaël pour la deuxième partie de ma rééducation !

Tout se passe pour le mieux, malgré les douleurs ( qui sont tout à fait normales ) je progresse chaque jour. Je marche presque normalement et j'ai rattaqué le vélo en salle donc je suis plutôt contente !!

Je vous donnerai plus de nouvelles de Saint Raph...

Finally some news !!

After  a last bandhead for Tiff before her leaving to Chile, I statrted last week my re-education in Challes-les-eaux, shared between re-education on earth and re-education in the swimming-pool, I went to the countryside for the week end.

A last week in Challes and from this week-end I'll go to Saint Raphaël for the second part of my re-education !

Everything is going well, despite the pain ( which is totally normal ) I improve myself every day.

I almost walk normally  and I started indoor cycling so I'm pretty glad !!

I'll give you more news from Saint Raph ...

Sa y est!! J'ai ENFIN enlevé mon plâtre !!

Je peux vous dire qu'après 6 semaines, ça fait un bien FOU!!!

Maintenant un coup de rasoir et c'est reparti, jour 1 de la rééducation !!

Je vous donnerai des infos au fur et à mesure...

That's it !I FINALLY put of my plaster !!

I can tell you that after 6 weeks, it's so GOOD !!!

Now, shave time and it's on again, re education day 1 !!

Sa y est enfin j'en vois le bout !!! Plus que 4 jours et j'enlève ce P***** de plâtre !!!

Après j'aurai deux semaines où je serai en rééducation entre Challes-les-eaux (près de Chambéry) et Tignes et ensuite, je partirai 2 semaines à Saint Raphaël, j'ai trop HATE !!

J'essayerai de vous mettre quelques photos de ma rééduc...

Finally I see the end of it !! 4 days left and I can take off that F****** plaster !!!

After, I'll go for 2 weeks in re-education between Challes-les-eaux (near to Chambéry) and Tignes and then, I'll go to Saint Raphaël for 2 weeks, I can't wait !!
