Salut à tous !
Je viens de finir ma première semaine de ré-éducation au CERS de Saint Raphaël.Tout se passe bien avec au programme de la journée muscu du haut du corps le matin,et piscine + soins l'après-midi.
Suite à des examens médicaux, je dois ralentir un peu la cadence,mais il n'y a rien de grave.
Ici au CERS,je ne suis qu'avec des stars!! Cette semaine il y avait Jean-Baptiste Grange et Alexandre Pasquier,la semaine prochaine c'est Cyprien Richard qui arrive,et pendant ces deux semaine,je travaille avec Philippe Lau, un télémarkeur qui entre-autre, a gagné le classement général de la coupe du monde en 2011 !!

Hi everyone !
I've just finished my first re-education week at Saint Raphael CERS. Everything is going well with our schedule of the day arms weight-lifting in the morning,swimming-pool and physiotherapy in the afternoon.
Following some medicals exams résults, I'll have to slow down a little, but there's nothing bad.
Here at the CERS,I'm with a lots of stars! Last week I was with Jean-Baptiste Grange and Alexandre Pasquier, this week it's Cyprien Richard who comes and during those two weeks, I'm working with Philippe Lau, a Telemarker that won the world cup general classement in 2011 !!
