Salut à tous !!
Voilà enfin quelques nouvelles !!
Après un dernier bandeau pour Tiff avant son départ au Chili, j'ai commencé le semaine dernière ma rééducation à Challes-les-eaux, partagée entre rééducation sur terre et rééducation en piscine, je suis allée me mettre au vert ce week-end.
Une dernière semaine à Challes et dès ce week-end je pars à Saint Raphaël pour la deuxième partie de ma rééducation !
Tout
se passe pour le mieux, malgré les douleurs ( qui sont tout à fait
normales ) je progresse chaque jour. Je marche presque normalement et
j'ai rattaqué le vélo en salle donc je suis plutôt contente !!
Je vous donnerai plus de nouvelles de Saint Raph...

Hi everyone !!
Finally some news !!
After a last bandhead for Tiff before her leaving to Chile, I statrted last week my re-education in Challes-les-eaux, shared between re-education on earth and re-education in the swimming-pool, I went to the countryside for the week end.
A last week in Challes and from this week-end I'll go to Saint Raphaël for the second part of my re-education !
Everything is going well, despite the pain ( which is totally normal ) I improve myself every day.
I almost walk normally and I started indoor cycling so I'm pretty glad !!
I'll give you more news from Saint Raph ...
